HOW TO FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?

When your order will leave our warehouse, you'll receive an email confirming the expedition, your tracking number and the Royal mail link to follow your order.
You'll just have to enter your tracking number on the “Track my order” page of our partner and see when the delivery is programmed: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Your tracking number will also be directly available on your “My orders” Soeur account page.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ?

We are happy to offer you free returns.

Just follow the instructions on Royal mail portal here and print your pre-paid label: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/6413

RETURN DEADLINE

You have 14 days to let us know whether or not you are going to keep your item and a further 14 days from the date you notify us to arrange the return using your pre-paid label.

REFUND DEADLINE

You will receive an automatic email to notify you when the refund has been made. Please allow 10 working days after receipt of your return for us to process your request.
